I had a day without technology, I would spend it enjoying simple activities that don’t need gadgets. I would start my morning with a walk outside to enjoy nature and fresh air. Then I’d read a book or write in a journal to express my thoughts. I could spend time with family and friends, talking, playing board games, or cooking together. In the afternoon, I might draw, paint, or try a hobby like gardening. In the evening, watch the sunset, reflect on the day, and enjoy peace without screens.
