1. A Day Without Technology

A day without technology would feel strange at first, but refreshing. I’d start with a morning walk, enjoying nature without music or notifications. Then, I’d read a book and maybe draw or paint—things I often ignore because of screens. Cooking lunch from a cookbook, not a YouTube video, would be fun. I’d spend time talking to my family, playing board games, or writing in a journal. At night, instead of watching TV, we could tell stories or read by candlelight. Without distractions, I’d feel more present and peaceful. It might become a habit I’d enjoy repeating.
